Eaton Fire Lawsuit

The  cause of the Eaton Fire remains under investigation with authorities  focusing on an electrical transmission tower in Eaton Canyon operated by  Southern California Edison. Multiple local eyewitnesses have claimed to  have seen sparks coming from the tower lines, followed by a brush fire  igniting at its base on the evening of January 7,2025.  Additional  photos and videos have been made public that support these claims. 

Southern  California Edison has confirmed that the power lines connected to that  tower were energized at the time of the fire.  We believe that Southern  California Edison’s negligence caused the fire and have filed a lawsuit  against them seeking justice and accountability for their actions.
